After a successful winning bet, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–5 minutes processed within the timeframe. However, KYC verification or security reviews may take additional time. 69bd never charges withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes. If any suspicious transaction is detected, 69bd reserves the right to freeze the transaction and conduct an investigation.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 69bd. These terms and conditions cover all Sports Betting, live betting, and e-sports betting.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time the bet is placed are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect existing bets.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded at odds of 1.00.
• Irregular Score: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 69bd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Match Abandonment: If a match is abandoned after kick-off without completing at least 90% of the scheduled time, all related bets will be voided.

In live betting, odds can change rapidly depending on the state of play at the moment the bet is placed. 69bd reserves the right to suspend any market at any time.

In accumulator bets, if one leg is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs will be settled as normal.

69bd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, a specified number of wagers must be completed (typically 10–30 times the bonus amount).
• Duration: Every bonus has a set validity period. If the wagering conditions are not met within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Eligible Bets: Not all bet types may count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher are generally eligible.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum stake limit per bet may apply while a bonus is active.
• A bonus can only be used once: Each promotional offer can only be claimed once per user.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69bd platform. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
• Exploiting any loopholes in the bonus system.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

If a user is suspected of engaging in any of the activities listed above, 69bd may suspend the account without prior notice and hold the balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

69bd reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any available balance may be withdrawn, however bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure.

For inactive accounts, an inactivity fee may be deducted monthly after 12 months. Log in regularly to keep your account active.

69bd is not liable for the following:

• Losing a bet due to an internet disconnection.
• Failure of a third-party payment gateway.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues.
• Any financial losses resulting from betting.

69bd strives to maintain maximum platform availability at all times. However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. 69bd accepts no liability for compensation in such cases.

69bd believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. That's why we take responsible betting seriously. The following tools are available on our platform:
